How much does your help cost?

Which languages do you speak?
Romanian, Dutch, French and English.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. We work from Antwerp and travel anywhere in Belgium. Many things can also be done online, by email or video call.
How long does a residence card application take?
That depends on your municipality and your situation. It usually takes anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. A complete file helps you avoid extra delays.
Do you also do my accounts or tax return?
No. We provide explanations and help with forms and invoices, but accounting and tax returns are reserved for certified accountants. We are happy to refer you.
What is Peppol and do I have to use it?
Peppol is a network for sending invoices electronically between businesses. In Belgium it has been mandatory for invoices between businesses since 1 January 2026. If you only invoice private individuals, the requirement does not apply.
Which documents should I bring?
That depends on your application. After our first contact you will receive a tailored list, so you do not forget anything.
Are my documents safe with you?
Yes. We use your details only for your file, never share them with anyone without your consent and delete them once they are no longer needed.
