Peppol e-invoicing in Belgium: your invoices sent correctly and on time

Since 1 January 2026, Belgian businesses must send and receive invoices to and from other businesses electronically via the Peppol network. We prepare your outgoing invoices and send them for you.

With Peppol e-invoicing in Belgium mandatory since 2026, a PDF sent by email is no longer enough for invoices between businesses. The invoice must be sent in a structured format via Peppol. Many small self-employed people are not sure how this works or which software they need.

Which documents do you usually need?

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to use Peppol e-invoicing in Belgium?

Yes, if you invoice other Belgian businesses as a Belgian business. If you only invoice private individuals, the obligation does not apply.

What if I still use PDF invoices?

Then you do not meet the obligation for invoices between businesses. We help you switch over quickly.

Do you also do my bookkeeping?

No. We prepare and send your outgoing invoices; your bookkeeping should be done by a certified accountant.
