For you and your family
Residence documents, Belgian nationality, child benefit and support from the OCMW/CPAS. We explain what is needed and put your file together.
- Residence card (EU / EU+)You live in Belgium and need to register, renew your EU card or apply for permanent residence (EU+ card) after five years.
- Belgian citizenshipYou have lived in Belgium for years and want to become Belgian, but you are not sure whether you meet the conditions or what proof you need.
- Child benefit (Groeipakket)You have children and receive no child benefit or too little, or you do not know which payment agency you should be with.
- Social assistance (CPAS / OCMW)You need financial support from the OCMW/CPAS (public social welfare centre) or another service, but the application process is complicated.
For the self-employed
You are starting out or already working as self-employed and want to understand what is expected of you. We help you fill in forms and explain your obligations in plain language.
Invoicing and Peppol
Since 1 January 2026, invoices between Belgian businesses must be sent electronically via Peppol. We prepare your outgoing invoices and send them correctly.
You have one fixed point of contact who knows your file, from the first question to the very end. In Romanian, Dutch, French or English.
